More than a workplace

Hamoaze House is more than just a workplace – it’s a community built on respect, inclusion, and hope. We support people facing some of life’s toughest challenges, from substance use and trauma to isolation and exclusion.

Our team plays a vital role in helping individuals build resilience, rediscover their strengths, and make meaningful progress in their lives. Whether you’re supporting someone through their recovery journey or helping keep the day-to-day running smoothly, every role here matters.
